Originally from Indiana, Dr. Pfeifer earned both her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and her veterinary degree from Purdue University. From the age of three, she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian and is grateful for the opportunity to help both people and animals every day. She has special interests in client education, preventative care, pain management, and senior pet care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys baking, hiking, boating, and spending time with her husband and their many pets, including horses, dogs, cats, and a hedgehog. She believes one of the best parts of veterinary medicine is helping strengthen the bond between pets and their families.
