About The Lake Norman Clinic
In January 2022, we relocated from our original 5,000 square foot Lake Norman location to a new 10,000 square foot building that was formerly a roller rink!
We had so many requests from pet owners in the northern part of Mecklenburg County to open a clinic closer to them. We opened our Lake Norman branch in 2017 – in response to the demand – at the same time we moved our Charlotte clinic to a larger space.
"From the minute we opened our doors, it was clear the demand was even bigger than we knew," said Cary Bernstein, Stand For Animals' founder and executive director.
At this location you can schedule an Express Annual, Sick, or Consult Visit with one of our veterinarians. You can also schedule what we call a technician appointment, which is similar to a vaccine clinic, during which your pet receives vaccines or testing but does not see the doctor.
