Appointments

The fastest way to request an appointment at any of our clinics (Charlotte, Pineville and Lake Norman) is to use our online scheduler. Appointments can also be scheduled by calling (704) 970-2711.

Appointments are required for all animals. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept walk-ins, but please feel free to visit our clinic to schedule your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

North Carolina law requires all dogs and cats 14 weeks of age and older be current on their rabies vaccine. We also recommend distemper (DHAPP or FVRCP) vaccines for dogs and cats. If your pet does not have a current vaccination, we can provide it the day of surgery or the vaccines can be given by your veterinarian prior to your appointment. We must have written documentation of the rabies vaccine (we cannot use your pet's rabies tag).

Payment Methods

We accept all forms of payment EXCEPT checks and Care Credit. Payment is due when you pick up your pet or after services are provided during veterinary care visits.
