Who We Are

Stand For Animals is a nonprofit on a mission to make spay/neuter and veterinary care affordable and accessible to all pet owners. We manage three high quality, low-cost clinics in Charlotte, Pineville and Lake Norman. From humble beginnings in 2011 on North Davidson Street in Charlotte, Stand for Animals has spayed or neutered over 112,000 dogs and cats in the last 10 years and last year alone cared for more than 200,000 pets.

Why We Do It

We believe that people LOVE their pets and want what is best for them. We also know that veterinary care is financially out of reach for many pet owners. We believe that making the care that every pet needs affordable and accessible improves the lives of animals and the people who love them.

Who We Need

Stand for Animals is looking for pet-loving, motivated, take initiative customer service oriented individuals who thrive in a high paced environment and want a challenge. No training, no worries. We can teach you all that you need to know to provide excellent service to our community. Resiliency is a” must have” in this position. You have to also love people as well as dogs and cats. We pay above minimum wage because we want the best of the best and there is lots of opportunity for growth.
