Dewormer

A dewormer an easy way to treat and remove intestinal parasites from your pet. Dewormer is most commonly given as an oral medication, but in some instances, we have an injection available depending on the intestinal parasite your pet has.

Most puppies and kittens are infected with various worms in their belly due to nursing, an immature immune system, etc. Dewormer may also be necessary for cats and dogs that have contracted parasites when they get into dirt, trash, poop, or even wrestling with another infected pet.

The type of worm your pet is infected with will determine whether they receive one or two rounds of medication. We include dewormer in our puppy and kitten package and will deworm them every 2 weeks up until they are around 14-16 weeks of age, or two doses two weeks apart if they are older.
