Kelly McVay graduated from Penn State University in 2012 with a degree in Animal Science. After graduation, she began working for a doggie daycare in Charlotte as a supervisor, while obtaining her Dog Training Certification through Animal Behavior College.

Kelly joined Stand For Animals' Pineville team as a patient services coordinator in 2013. She has taken on additional responsibilities through the years, serving as the Pineville clinic manager, providing support to our accountant, and has since become part of the Executive Leadership team working directly on the financials, as well as data & analysis.

Away from work, Kelly enjoys reading, visiting friends and family in Pennsylvania, and spending time with her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Nittany.
